What is CORE?

STYFC CORE serves students who already have a relationship with Jesus and want to live out their faith in a real way on their campus, in their friendships, and in their everyday lives.

These students want more than just attending church or youth group. They want purpose, community, and practical ways to follow Jesus boldly where they already are. CORE also creates space for students who are spiritually curious or disconnected from faith to encounter authentic Christ-centered relationships through their peers.

As students grow in leadership and confidence, CORE can also serve as a pathway for launching student-led faith clubs on local campuses. Through the partnership with South Texas Youth for Christ, churches receive support and resources to help students navigate this process and extend the church's impact into local schools and communities.

KEY OUTCOMES:

- Student leaders are developed within the church

- Churches become more mission-focused

- Increased outreach beyond church walls
